Fees and Payment Terms

• Fees are payable on receipt of our invoice via Quickbooks and are collected termly, in advance.

• Fees are charged on a pro-rata basis at a very competitive rate.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer, Paypal, cash and cheque.

• Once children start it is assumed they will continue and we require half a terms notice for cancellation of lessons or payment of half a terms fees in lieu of such notice.

• If you have difficulty making payment we can make alternative arrangements.  Please contact us for details.

• Lessons missed through pupil absence are forfeited. We may be able to arrange alternatives with prior notice but this cannot be guaranteed.

• Any lessons missed through absence of the teacher will either be refunded or made up for at a later date.

• Late payment may be subject to 'late fees' and this will be communicated in advance of charging.
